Pre-Bid Construction meeting has taken place. Bids to be in to Procurement for review by October 16, 2008. Central Facilities has set the expectation that the opening of the West Parking Garage and Cultural Arts Center should be as close as possible. Construction is estimated to begin in February 2009.
